    What do they do?
I might not be as good as I once was, but I'm as good once as I ever was !

It's better to be Pissed Off than Pissed On or Stood On and Pissed Off Of !

i know that in wisconsin,, we energies hires out that position as seasonal and pay starts a little over 18.00 revenue protection is cutting off peoples services who owe alot on their bills and have either no intentions of paying their bill or cannot afford to pay it. these are the guys who are due as of yesterday to come lock off my electric due to my roommate being a dumb ass taking his lady out instead of paying the bill. where i live, comed this position is actually done by the meter techs starting in march in to the summer. when they need help, they take the top 5 productive meter readers(at the chicago north office anyway) bump them up to energy tech pay(25.00 +) give them plain white cars and have them assist with the cut offs. they do not cut off on the weekend or the day before a holiday or if its under a certain amount of degrees. hence at w/e it being a seasonal job starting in march.
