I got a call from a friend in the midwest about ELM. I guess they got a contract and are "recruiting" from his company. He said he is treated pretty good where he's at, but they are offering more money. He's heard management is a pain, they reduce your pay for damages, supervisors/techs don't get along, etc. I've seen some neagtive things on this site about them and of course you're not going to hear that during an interview. Anyone know the real story?![]()
