    Looks like the ink is still wet, but signed here in Colorado. Safesite and Sitewise are purchasing equipment. ELM locators are asking for apps and contacts.

    Careful what you wish for. Word is Qwest is struggling to keep their head above water. Will do anything to save costs in CO. Looking to sell exchanges and completely get out of some states.

    If this is true then ELM is just another company on the way through for them. Just like Utiliquest. How long do you think Sitewise or Safe Site will last in CO? Probably no longer than the others did.
