    Default Personal motivators

What do you guys use as a personal motivator? Something personal and not a company incentive?

Some years back I found this very old quote.

"We are what we consistently do,
therefore excellence is not an act,
    but a habit."
    Plato

I keep this either on the dash of the truck on on the visor. When I
feel worn out or mentally frazzeled and I do not want to do one more thing on a locate, just call it quits and close the ticket, I remember this. Then I get out of the truck and do one more thing to make sure it is right.

    I like:

Job Applicant: What does this job pay?
Employer: I'm going to pay you just what you are worth!
Job Applicant: I don't think I can work for that......

When I am in that rut and don't feel like doing any more I often say to myself "Hey, quit being lazy"

Personal Motivators? Hands down, my 6yr old boy. I have a pic of him and I playing golf on my cell phone. Whenever I start getting down, up pops the phone.

There is a phrase that I tend to mutter a bit, but its kinda negative, and probably only useful to me.
