So, where I work, we still do our one-calls the old fasion way. The center faxes the tickets. We (me and one other locator) check the daily audit and route ourselves accordingly. I am the first one in the office so I alway filter through the tickets before the other locator comes in. This is the way it has been for years. If i'm off work, he filters through the tickets.
I was off yesterday, and when I come in today......... low and behold...
that "f" er didn't do any of the tickets yesterday........ none of them.
sounds fine and dandy, but because we do them the old fasion way, I have 3 tickets due this morning.
So much for the locator code of conduct (refering not purposely crapping on another locators work load".
Other then Sup's re-aranging tickets on the new automated dispatch, Do you guys still run into these issues?
