not getting my full raise

dear company i work for .. u guys done pissed me offf ..seriously not giving me my full raise after all the shit ive done for u .. all the late hours and weekands i put in . i should of figured !!!!
i will be reposting my resume online .. thanks. for nothing

Reminds me of when I got onto the company i'm with now. I took a 6 dollar pay cut but was told " don't worry, we'll bump you up pretty quickly." As soon as I started they came out with a Furlough program wich not only froze raises for 2 years, but you had to take 18 days off unpaid. Its 3 years and i'm still trying to recover.

With that being said......... Its nice having over 200hrs of vacation and 80 some sick hours to use at MY convienence. =)

I went 3 years w/o a raise at Utiliquest, for the sole fact that I didnt kiss the ass of the manager. Nope my work performance nor all that I had done had made any difference. I love what I do, but I wont be going through that mess again. I really do hope the new company has some common sense and can recognize good work over just some kiss ass.

Yeah you know why they're screwing all of us?? Becuase they made promises to their investors that they didn't keep so they had to take our raises to pay them what they were told they would get. Meanwhile upper management reaps in fat bonuses off the blood and sweat of the guys in the field busting their asses just to make ends meet.
