    Default Losing it!!

Yesterday I was using my knife to open some boxes and literally minutes after having it in my hand I lost it!! I still haven't been able to find it... have looked high & low.. house is not messy... can't find it! Now... I was drinking coffee... finished washing up some dishes & baking some treats to ship to son... and I CAN'T FIND MY COFFEE CUP!!! I have looked in all of my USUAL places... and it is no where to be found!!! My house has been invaded and someone or something is trying to drive me CRAZIER!!!! The girls KNOW not to mess with my coffee....

Maybe you were never really using a knife or drinking coffee.

My wife does the same thing - only difference is she did it with a $350 Dooney Burkr purse! That brings me to the question : What would she say if I bought a $350 billfold? I mean, a $350 purse better be made out of Unicorn Leather!

Check your pockets for the knife. My psychic abilities are telling me that that is where it can be located........

Well not in jeans pockets.. but for some reason was "hanging" ever so delicately on my safety vest.. (which was draped over the dining room chair)... the knife had a bit of tar on it and I guess just enough "stick" to it cause it caught on the slight bit of velcro that was exposed on the right side pocket of my safety vest. Of course it was open... and honestly I had pulled that chair out I don't know how many times this weekend... there is absolutely no reason for that knife to have stayed "stuck" to that safety vest in that particular position! I tried to put it back after I found it (fortunately it didn't drop on my foot!)... and it would NOT stay there! Freaky!!! So Bubba... you really MUST be a psychic cause it was "on" a pocket!

I'm glad you found your knife and didn't lose your mind.

I lost my ground rod today. You'd think I'd be able to remember the last time I used it but couldn't. By the time I realized it was gone I had done 3 damage investigations, and a few tickets where I just used a screwdriver. Oh well I'll have to go out to the garage and make a new one.

Pretty much the only benefit to locating in clay is that it does maintain moisture for quite a while. But when it drys out, it's hard as concrete. Thinking about it, I am not sure if Golden has alot of clay down where he is or not.
