    I've only used USIC's Mobile Dispatch, which was usable, but a little on the picky side and crashed at least once a day.

    uhh, i'm Old school. I still get Faxes. They go straight to the phone Via E-mail, so I get notified as soon as they come over, but none the less, old school faxes and routing myself on the fly.

    No need to upgrade, since most requests are verbal for on going projects.

    And I prefer it this way. I'd rather the locator route his own tickets instead of a generated ticket route that may be counter productive.

    I have used ticket rx, digtrack and mobile dispatch. Ticket rx is by far the best. So much easier to use, just click and drag. Never had it freeze on me the way mobile dispatch does. If you are transferring tickets Ticket rx wins also. I hate the process that I have to go through just to send someone a ticket with mobile dispatch.

    I wish it were simple enough that I didn't have to be a secretary. I am using the downgraded version of mobile dispatch. I had to recently reset to an older version due to the fact that the companies new version slowed
    me down by 5 to 7 minutes per locate.
