    Default Irma

I sit right in the path of Irma. Sent wife and dogs off and I am going to ride out the Hurricane. 45-50 mph winds now and Irma is still 4 hrs out. Wrote my name and SS # on my arm just in case.

Is it bad as the news said it would be? Sounds like a lot of emergency pole repair locates about to be called in and a LOT of work for area contractors once this blows over. Stay dry and keep your feet under your ass. That's the trick. Will be thinking of ya Frank. Keep us updated so we know you're ok. Good luck.

By time it hit Tampa area was going down to towards category one. My brother & his wife rode it out, checking for damage now. He will check my trailer later today for damage.

Here in Maryland utility trucks are forming convoys to head that way.

I would have been there but last month had another minor stroke which has set me back.
