    Everyone desires to step up the ladder of achievement. There is no doubt about it! After obtaining hired for your initial job, you may feel that you are prepared for a promotion.     Sounds like corporate propaganda from USIC. If you happen to work for USIC, most likely there is no chance for career growth. You either locate, or you dont...plain and simple....

    USIC was the first thing that came to mind. I figured someone in upper management would post something like this. But then they would not let you do any of the things listed.
