Sounds like corporate propaganda from USIC. If you happen to work for USIC, most likely there is no chance for career growth. You either locate, or you dont...plain and simple....

USIC was the first thing that came to mind. I figured someone in upper management would post something like this. But then they would not let you do any of the things listed.
