I am curious if everyone goes through supervisors in their area like we do here.12 yrs and 19 sups later. Makes me wonder if they are expendable.

Work smarter not harder!!!
Some areas have a high turnover with supervisors and management and some areas have a high turnover with locators...kinda makes ya wonder, doesn't it?

Yes, my avatar does describe my attitude towards many others...
Good supervisors are usually a person that worked from the ground up. Experienced locator moves into the office to be a sup they are able to relate to many things the guys in the field need and how to help with problems. Problem with that is you get paid way less to be in the office so the sup goes back to the field and is replaced with the guy that ran the flower shop down the road.![]()
its the same for all companies everywhere i think....
wise men talk because they have something to say and fools because they have to say something....plato
15 years and only two supervisors so far.
12 years and nearly have my 4th one broken in now.
I might not be as good as I once was, but I'm as good once as I ever was !
It's better to be Pissed Off than Pissed On or Stood On and Pissed Off Of !
