I used to have all the Bad Co. releases... For many years I listened over and over...

Finally got to go to their concert in like 82 or so and a bud of mine had this mushroom connection, so me being the garbage head I was ate a baggy of these things... I thought it was gonna be like smoking pot where you can only get so messed up... Not like acid - something heavy... WRONG!!!

As soon as the band opened and the lights came on and I saw these trails that covered the entire arena I was done and had to walk out...

    Missed the whole firkin show...

And did I quit walking once I exited !!?? Hell no !!! I got lost in the wooded area that surrounded the arena... It was like easy rider in the grave yard accept I was in the woods huggin and talking to the trees...

Discovered mushrooms could be pretty potent ! Ha ! and that's all I got to say about that...

I can believe that, that explains a lot.

Saw Paul Dean (sword & Stone) open for Bad Company in '86 ~, I believe. Love the band, show wasn't that good - maybe it was because I wasn't drunk or high. Rodgers was MIA, he had already hooked up with a new super group called "The Firm".

Very relevant to me because this actually played out with an ex I've always wanted back.

    Plus it's damn good music.

Geezus, how much did that set you back @ probably $500 bucks a pop?!

I can see the public school system wasn't very kind to you either.

I'm listening to some old Santana. Really good stuff they don't play on the radio.

"As a teenager, Santana began performing in Tijuana strip clubs, inspired by the American rock & roll and blues music of artists like B.B. King, Ray Charles and Little Richard. In the early 1960s, Santana moved again with his family, this time to San Francisco, where his father hoped to find work."

    Default Alice in Chains

This is great music because it's my favorite band covering Led Zeppelin. Layne is gone but they still rock (even though the new lead singer isn't nearly as good as Layne) .

"The Symphony Guild is dedicated to enriching the quality of children's lives in the Northwest and primarily raises funds through an annual benefit concert, composed by Mateo Messina, with proceeds benefiting uncompensated care at Seattle Children's."

    This classic is timeless.

Was great when I was a kid and it's great now.
