Do any Viner's work in the Fairfax, Va area? Coming up for 3 weeks to work in the DC area.

Yes, the traffic there is awful! Plus nobody wants you to park anywhere.

The company office for that area is close to Dulles Airport in Herndon, Va.

Some of the attractions in that area is gun the museum in the NRA headquarters.

Also the Udvar Hazy Center at the south side of Dulles Airport, has it's own entrance off of route 28. Part of the Smithsonian air museum. Place is HUGE with inside it's building a Boeing 707, Concord, B-29, Space Shuttle and many more smaller craft. Admission is free but they charge you $15 dollars to park. Bring a good camera and budget a couple of hours.

Also check out Bamboo Buffet on S. Jefferson Street just north of Route 7 / Leesburg Pike, Baileys Crossroads.. Many people give it a poor review and I believe is becasue it has not been 'Americanized" enough for them. Sometimes getting a seat is difficult becasue bus loads of Asian tourists, students, business groups pull in here. The food is prepared more to their more authentic down home tastes than for us local born used to European style cooking.

Sometimes during the dinner hours they have frog legs.

ProLo had a great time today. But you can have this traffic. I like Fl traffic and roads all day. 30 to 45 min to go 5 miles! That is F'ed up.

    PL did buy lunch too!
