To ask the I would have to speak Spanish. Usually two to three show up in a private pickup truck.
The Montgomery County Maryland government has a help wanted sign up on a building in Silver Spring, I wish I had taken a picture of it. It is in English but for job seekers who do not speak English it is also in Spanish, what appears to be Arabic / Farsi and what looks like Korean.
What job is it for? They seek people to answer the phones on their 911 emergency call system.
Hey PL, those guys must have one huge coverage area, cause I have the same crew out here. Tennesee cable. Old 87' ford 250 extended cab. 5 guys pile out with shovels and goes to town.
Most of the time they are over half way finished by the time the locators get on site.

We have a crew that works around our Tampa/Pasco offices that we call the "Russian Mafia"...They show up with an old school bus and 50 or 60 guys pile out with shovels and water coolers and hit it hard. They all only speak Russian or Ukrainian and the workers are paid by the foot of trench dug and back filled.
