    Just visited the IBEW site of locatorart's - Is that the way Union locators do the job? One Guy locating and waiting on the 2nd guy to show up and spray the paint? Does a 3rd guy throw flags?

    One guy traces out line while the others sleep in truck. And when they get caught by supervisor the union backs them up so they can't be fired.

    Management in these "locating" companies doesn't even trust themselves. When something happens, the District Boss will say it was his fault, but punish everyone else...
