    Default Cruisin' tunes

My area is large, and often i do more driving than locating. I get my gas, maybe a disgusting A&W hamburger for breakfast (which tastes really good at the time), hit the road , light one up and crank the tunes. In response to one of Nazi Steve's previous posts, the answer is Sirius(27 "liquid metal"). When it starts to loop, if i want to hear a cd or plug in the ipod, I like metal. From glam metal to Death metal
    Here's some stuff i like

    Amon Amarth
    Kataklysm
    TheBlackDahliaMurder
    Cradle of Filth
    Cannibal Corpse
    Woe of Tyrants
    Goatwhore
    Slayer
    Deicide
    AC/DC
    W.A.S.P.
    Ratt
    Bound For Glory
    Extreme Hatred
    Odin's Law

    what do you listen too?

    Metallica sucks.

Any attempt at music that is a clusterf*#& of everyone playing loud at the same time (no separation to depict individual talents), is typically a group of wannabe musicians playing cover up...

My wife bought a new Genesis (Hyundai) with the Lexicon sound system - 17 speakers, over 500 watts, and some of the "cleanest" sound I have ever heard. We have been going back in time lately:

    ELO
    The Grass Roots
    Steely Dan
    October Project
    Bloodrock
    Blind Faith

In the truck it's always HLN or Fox News or Bloomberg (ugh).....or AM JAM if nothing else....

What an interesting thread. Wing, I also like ZZ Top in fact I recorded a cover of "I need you tonight", metal screams, metal guiatr and all. It was pretty cool. I also like Stevie Ray Vaughn (stuff I used to listen to growing up) but as white guy blues guitarists go, I thought Jeff Healy's blues stuff had a lot more feel and diversity(and he was Canadian!) Excellent "Blue Jean Blues" cover

For me it's a mix of almost anything, exept Country, and metal that sounds like demons screaming (Gwar stuff.) Al time favorites are:
    Black Crows
    Blues Traveler
    Chili Peppers
    CCR
    George Clinton
    Sublime
    311
an lately, for some reason, Muse
I seek not to know the answers, but to understand the questions.
