I figured SIC1 would say something like the companies with 3 or more contracts should be forced to give contracts away to companies that only have 1 or 2 contracts as to level the playing field and spread the wealth.

I worked for a company that roughly ......2 contracts, and only had four people in the field....one of which was the owner. We didn't do half bad...but we had privates to fall back on.

And some may say...."probably small contracts" not so much one of which was the state department of Transportation. covered....6 counties.

Its the company not the contracts that make or break it.
