I wouldn't buy that for anything other than a getaway place. It's on 9.2 acres if I remember right. I looked up some of the mountain property around here and for a nice cabin on 2-3 acres you are looking at half a million.

Thats my point the lands worth 50 even if only a mountain goat can traverse it...

A house structure built in 2000 if built legit(okay so it is WVA?) no matter what square footage can be altered...Adds an extra 10k easily...

Ulostit is only trying to find discrepency with my depth of judgement...

Wonder how long that 9 acre heating supply would last though???

One I looked at was over 700k for a 4 bed, 4 bath on 3 acres. This one is a bit more reasonable: http://homes.point2.com/US/Idaho/Boi...al-Estate.aspx

Here is something comparable: 390 sq feet on 8+ acres: http://homes.point2.com/US/Idaho/Boi...al-Estate.aspx
I don't know if the dog comes with it.

There is nothing wrong with your judgement, I looked for a house around Gore, Wardensville, etc. I just ended up finding the right house closer to my work. I said it's nice country there. But the house is only good as a weekender like Steve said.
