    I agree the big E, get ahold of your Supervisor and switch out the equipment. I have done that with my guys. Also I only have 1 guy in a Ranger because I have been switching them out as new ones come in. I base who gets new equipment on who takes care of there equipment. New trucks are based off Safety, quality and how well they keep their trucks clean and organized. If you are good in these categories I would say you management is the problem.

    I love the metrotech 810. yea, it may put out a lot, but when I can mark a gas main and a water main while marking out a tel line. that rules! oh, and I use an analog model, the digital ones suck.
