I mentioned this a while back. So, please excuse me for bringing it up again.
I am able to see the applications sent out to employers who advertise for employees over at locatorjobs.com. I read some of them. Usually no more than the first sentence or two. I do this so I can see if the site is being used by people actually looking for work or if the system is being used by people trying to sell stuff. 90% of the time I will see sentences that contain grammatical errors such as a poor use of the language, words being left out, run-on sentences like: I am able to have been trained successfully in... or something similar. Spelling is also a big issue as well.
Improve your chances of finding a job by having someone else proof read your applications. My thoughts are that if a person is unable to grasp the basics of their own language, will they be able to grasp the intricacies of locating?
Just a thought, again.
