My Release!

This is my off duty time and release from life its self! Unfortunatly I just tore my lower bicep almost completely off the bone moving a manhole? And yes I was using the correct lifting procedure as you can see its not too big a deal for me to move anything LOL! I think it was the cold and being cold that did the job.... Now im gonna be stuck in the house going stir crazy for the next 6 to 8 weeks and am on light duty.....

I would think a person your size might use manhole lids as frisbees.

Yes that is me. I figure the powers that be will, or have already figured out who I am so dont really care if anyone knows who I am now on here LOL!

My arm started bruising this morning takes a while since its working from the inside out instead of a bruise from being hit which is outside in....

Yeah that was a light night. I usually go over to the squat rack and load up around 705lbs for 6 on my last set. But now I dont know when ill be able to get back at it. And the Dr said that even at being repaired it still wont be strong enough for me to do any major lifting like I am used to doing. Hell I curl 75lb dumbells that shit is out the window now for a long ass time....

i have to assume ...looking at the big load you lift .....you must really not use the subsite but the heavy rd4000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hahhahahhah whatever works for you dude....hang in there Godfather.....

Would be handy to partner up with someone the size of Godfather.. with appropriate webbing, we could hang a cooler, a bbq, extra paint and maps, rubber boots etc.. all offa his shoulders.. no prob !

Sorry to hear about your injury.. thats gotta suck to have to stop the build for a long period. I suppose the chance of a reinjury are high forever after this ?

I dunno about the reinjury time but it is scary to even think about it thats for sure!

I wish I had a RD4000 were stuck with the P.O.S. Rycom....

I tore most of the ligaments and tendons to shreds in my ankle two years ago snowboarding. It still gives me problems but I continue to ride. Someday I will be too old to do it so I figure why not live life to the fullest now. Hope for a speedy recovery for ya dude.

Sorry to hear about your injury Godfather. Take it easy and don't try to rush the healing process. I hurt my back last winter and its still a weak area for me now.
