    Default Zayo fiber damage

This is a damage that happened a week ago but they are just now digging it up. It goes to a school so that is why it went so long without being repaired. Schools been out. They bored the conduit in.

It wasn't marked but I don't think it was the locators fault. He has been on top of all the locates that I've seen so I'm guessing that this fiber wasn't on the one call notification list. The fiber was just put in about 6 months ago and I'm thinking nobody with Zayo updated the information that would print off a ticket for the locator. Just a guess on my part, though.
