    Default Water Reservoir House

This is an old concrete water reservoir that a local devoloper bought and turned into a house. The color is ugly but I thought they did a hell of a job on it. It's amazing that they were able to cut windows into the 2 foot thick concrete.

BTW this is a single family home. It's bigger than some of the apartment comlexes in the area.

There is one similar in my town also. But it looks more like a mushroom.

The only problem I see is where do you make your kid(s) sit when they screw-up? No corners.

"Face the wall"... but imagine the "race track" the kids could have with 3 floors of running space... no corners to run into!

I drove by today and noticed a for sale sign. Here's the website. There's a few pics of the inside. It's actually pretty neat. And an elevator to every floor. Over 5000 sq. ft. with four bathrooms and a 4.5 attatched garage(garage is actually under the living space).

Here's one pic that looked pretty cool.

A restraunt in Lethbridge Alberta Canada turned one of the towns excess metal water towers into a very upscale place. Here is the website.

Just cursor down to the bottom of the first page and click on the photos.
