    I have SEEN that!! That is exactly my response also... "WTF!" How is ANYONE going to open them up?!? ... Just wait until the phone or power company come back to work on that stuff... fence is GONE! Is that even legal?

    Friends don't let rednecks install fences. One day I'll get a cable fault ticket at this place and get to watch the power co. take a chainsaw to the fence.

    The contractor was just happy it was plastic so he could pry the living hell out of the gas main to fit his storm sewer in. I can't believe what some contractors will try to get away with.
