Was he dead or just taking a nap? You wouldn't think the wire cart would be too comfy.
This sounds horrible, but here in Portland, you always come across people sleeping (I hope they were sleeping......*Fingers Crossed*). I came across one guy who was passed out on the side walk. He had his lower half of his body on the sidewalk, and his upper half hanging off the curb. The unnerving part was no one else paid much attention to him. I heard him groan once, and there was no blood so I felt pretty good that he was still alive, and just a wee bit drunk.

If that happened here, the cops would be on site in minutes.
I lived in a big city before and used to see the homeless of that city laying around. I don't see that kind of thing here and haven't for many years.
I think something like you have pictured there might even make the news.

It was probably a Locator napping on the clock!
I might not be as good as I once was, but I'm as good once as I ever was !

Yikes! The date stamp on the photos is Friday, 4 February 2011 @ 5 pm. I'm sitting in my house, outside temperature @ 16 degrees, over a foot of snow on the ground around my house, thermostat set @ 72 degrees. I'm looking at a passed out drunk in a shopping cart wearing a wife beater t-shirt, flip-flops, covered by a sheet, surrounded by green grass, palm trees and 82 degree temperature. And all I can say is, "I wish I was there."

Hey Wing, I was sweating like a stuck pig Friday. Saturday was even nicer! Sorry bout that.
The guy in the cart was alive, I did see him move. But it reminded me of when I was in the Navy and we had Liberty in Ft Lauderdale back in the early 70's. That could have been me!!!
You just took me back with that one. I was in the Navy back in the 80's and I swear I've woken up in strange places. 2 that come right to mind are in the back of a car in a parking lot in San Diego (not my car) and on the sidewalk in Hawaii. I'm sure I will think of more later on.

The XO's in the markings mean "Lots of love and kisses" to the contractors, right?
