    Default Good locators doing bad things

    Just a locate I ran across where someone was a bit too free with the paint.

    They should have painted the rock also, therefore to leave no stone unturned.

    Whats wrong with those marks? How else is the contractor going to be able to follow where the utility goes, unless its one continuous paint strip from the ped to the house?

    I'm surprised there isn't painted offsets on the new driveway =) gotta be safe.
