Dig Safe to blame

Tagging... Less than 15 hours after a new sidewalk was installed in front of Attleboro's Larson Senior Center, 25 South Main St., the still-wet cement was founded spray painted with crude markings. The culprit was not vandals, but Dig Safe, the agency charged with identifying underground utilities prior to construction work. The marking was necessary for coming construction work, but miffed city officials nonetheless.
