Sorry to hear that, You are in for a rude awakining. Unless you are in mngt.You are about to be trampled on like you have never seen,Benefit payments have doubled since last year, coverage has decreased,And corp. just micro manage you almost to the sec.GPS etc..I hope you are strong willed because you are going to have to be and more, They seem to be so caring for their employees, But don't be fooled, They could care less as you will find out for yourself.I wish you all the luck in the world, Because you will need it.

No one will ever put in writing what arbitrary goals need to be met in order to get the semi-annual bonus payment, nor will they put in writing what the bonus amount will be. It's nothing more than an imaginary carrot at the end of an extremely long stick. This company will push you as hard as possible and make empty promises. GOOD LUCK! USIC does not deserve to have hard working loyal locators. They will NEVER be a great company! All due to the fact is they work hard to screw them every chance they get. A great company takes care of there empolyees, not try there best to beat them down at every turn. there locators are the least paid of All utility companies. they are not going to get Any raises no matter how hard they work or how much the cost of living goes up, only a pissy little bonus (only if the company is doing well enough), and that will NEVER happen. The company was so much better when it was SM&P
