    I'm still having trouble understanding on what I can do to help the new guy. I've tried to be available. Answer any questions about anything. Go over any random things that may come out of my head. I've even tried to walk him through how I process locate requests (my imaginary checklist so I don't screw the pooch on any given locate).

    Let me start this by stating that, I know there are crappy locators out there who push dig times and even do no-shows on tickets. I believe that the locators who do this should be dealt with accordingly.

    The action of these few locators do not give you, the contractor, the right to shit on the rest of us. I'm currently dealing with a rather large project to replace existing conduit runs all over our facility. For the past two months I've been dealing with the same shit from the ...
