Last night I was doing a final run before the 10K run I'm doing tomorrow. It was clear and cold, about 8:00 at night, temperature was around 33 degrees. Since I live in a rural area, I was running with a flashlight to keep from falling in a ditch, and to warn traffic of my presence.
