3 man crew pulls up in a truck to change a light bulb in a highway light fixture. 2 guys tell the third man to climb up this sturdy ladder and change the bulb. The third man says to one of the other men, "OK, but will you hold my sign while I climb?" The other man says, "Sure, and I'll hold the ladder for ya too." HERE'S YA SIGN!
