Well we got home from vacation today and my neighbor that was feeding our cat all week came over and says "I got some bad news for you.". She pulls out a vet bill. Our stupid cat decided to play in the storage area of our basement and play with my ice fishing equiptment. She proceeded to bite off a line from one of my jig poles and got a small ice fishing jig called a mini-mite stuck in her upper lip. The neighbor wasn't sure so she took the cat to a vet hospital and they just took a pliers and pulled the fishing jig out. $75.00 later.

She also got a picture but it's not a digital one so I have to find someone with a scanner and I'll get the picture of the dumb cat on here.

It did happen at my house. The neighbor was stopping over each day to feed the cat. I know seventy five dollars isn't too much but if I was home it would have been way cheaper. Just go get the pliers and take the hook out, this is exactly how the vet did it.
