Can you believe the French Foriegn Legion only takes recruits up to 40yrs old???


I was almost sold on it, other than the 10 mile run with a 40 lb sandbag in an hour to qualify...

I think I could have met the other criteria even at 46...

Never cease to get shot down for being old these days or rolling the dice a possible get rich qick strategy...

I dont get it???

Just give me a rocket launcher some c rations and set me on a hill in some god forsaken place and if I survive for 3 mos give me my 50k and fly me somewhere else to do it over again...

Must I grow old and poor locating...Wheres that shortcut to success???

I got a trigger finger...So s as long as they give me something in the horshoes or hand grenades category of weaponry to disturb the peace somewhere, I think I qualify...
