Add an area for families

Why couldn't we have a place for families to vent as well. I know of several husbands and wives that would love to share what this industry does to them. This is a job that affects everyone around you, kinda like the military. If you're in it, so is your family. They could use an area to vent as well.

They need to vent too!!!!!! You guys get to vent with each other all day! Family needs an outlet - they are in this business as much as you are - (almost).
