Has anyone seen the new USIC Benefits Package yet? Or, maybe you've heard rumor on when it is coming out.

Got it today so far it looks like a $300 deductable with no copay once I read it in depth Ill give you all the details :rules:

Hey there "T"

For the uninitiated in American Health care, how does the $300.00 deductable work? First $300.00 for the year, first $300.00 for each event?
What is Co-pay.

Health:

Family Coverage:

Option A - Employed for 90 days to 1 year $145.00 every 2 weeks
$300 deductible per person - Maximum $900 per family
Option B - Employed for 90 days to 1 year $102.00 every 2 weeks
$600 deductible per person - Maximum $1800 per family

Option A - Employed for 1+years $121.00
$300 deductible per person - Maximum $900 per family
Option B - Employed for 1+years $ 83.00
$600 deductible per person - Maximum $1800 per family

Single Coverage:

Option A - Employed for 1+years $44.00 every 2 weeks

(Includes basic dental - 2 cleanings & 1 set of x-rays per year)

If it's the same package that the SMP employees have you also have a Vision plan at no extra cost.

that sounds pretty good ....ours for our company is high and with blue cross............

Not the same as SMP - Basic dental is included for free but if you want vision you must purchase the Comprehensive Dental & Vision Plan $32 for Family if less than one year of employment, less if more than 1 year of employment.

This is also a bcbs ins
