I'm James, aka Vandilizer.
I work a Columbia Gas contract. It sucks.:escape:
I love doing the job, but it has gotten to be too much politics.
I've been locating for about 9 years. Holla!

P.S. I've been in the business about 11 years and yes the politics definately gets in the way of locating but if you learn to ignore the politics the best you can it still is a very good job.

There is a lot of politics in the locating buisness as in any buisness.

I have been in this line of work for 20+ years. Hang in there.

Jim, you are absolutely right! I have been doing this 14 years and with technology comes the politics and BOY have I seen drastic changes in the business!!

Recreating that political atmosphere on the cablevine hopefully gives the site a more welcome and homely appeal...

I would have a long way to go to build up to what I had before...but with papers due for school I just don't have that much time anymore to spend on here...lol! In time it will all come back
